  Our world class applications engineering team supports our customer's current designs and future applications. This includes design-in services, prototype and low-volume manufacture of components and assemblies.

• Cross Referencing

  Our cross reference library contains hundreds of thousands of part numbers accumulated over 50 years of experience, facilitating our ability to provide products at a cost effective price.

• Electronic Data Interchange

  Many Fortune 500 customers utilize our EDI capabilities to save time, money and eliminate paperwork. The customer's purchase orders are transmitted to us via EDI, notifying our distribution logistics team to ship products just in time.

• Inventory Management Program

  We can custom design our processes to work for customer requirements. Whatever replenishment tool is used (PC, bar coding, wand), it can be interfaced with our system to assure timely delivery of parts to production lines efficiently and cost-effectively.

• ISO 9002 Registered

  We are committed to providing our customers with the highest level of service. While achieving ISO 9002 registration for our distribution centers in the U.S. and Europe, we have streamlined our processes for greater efficiency and accuracy, using the latest bar-code technology.

• Worldwide Logistics Services

  Through a world class logistics support network (including 36 worldwide warehouse locations), Richardson provides services designed to meet or exceed customer expectations, including:
  1. 24 hours/7 days per week "on call" support
  2. Ship scheduling to meet JIT or future planned need dates
